FORD on Tun Razak

This is a brilliant customer service story.  I had some problem with my radio in my FORD.   Called the boys at Tun Razak up (Mukhriz and the 2 Nanda’s) and they go thet part in, told me to come in today 10am.

Got there at 945, there were all ready for me and by 10am —–15minutes I was on my way. No fuss no hassle no waiting.  Well done guys.  Just keep up the good work and business will be rolling in.  By this is not  a once off experience but my third great experience with them.

To the guys at FORD Malaysia…… I give you dealer 2 thumbs up for the Blue Oval!!!!
